About the Founder
Hello. My name is Tracey.
I know, both personally and professionally, the devastating effects abuse can have on a person. Like many others, I tend to define myself by what has happened to me: adopted, abused, best friend to someone who has attempted suicide multiple times, surrounded by loved ones with addictions, and divorced. But my Little Voice of Truth reminds me that I am more than these experiences. It is my hope that your little voice of truth does the same for you.
This personal journey has fueled my passion for people and my unwavering commitment to advocating for children, families, and anyone in need of hope. My experiences as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL), GAL trainer, member of the New Hanover County Resiliency Task Force, Faith-Based Community Relations Manager for Prevent Child Abuse NC, and my current role as Director of Business Development at Sharp Clinical Services have deepened my belief that every child deserves the chance to simply be a child and every voice deserves to be heard.
I currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where I bring my dedication to building faith-driven communities to inspire and equip young people to lead with purpose and resilience. I’ve also successfully led initiatives, training, and speaking engagements across North Carolina, focusing on resiliency, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), and positive childhood experiences.
It is my mission to shine a light on truths, inspire hope, and drive change, so every individual—child or adult—knows they are precious, honored, and deeply loved.
