Educate Yourself

Education is key to creating environments where truth-telling is encouraged. By learning about the barriers to authenticity, such as fear of judgment or perfectionism, you can better understand how to support yourself and others in expressing their truths. Equip yourself with the knowledge to help break down these barriers.

Because we could all use a little help sometimes.

At Little Voices of Truth, we understand that reflecting on your truth can stir up deep emotions and bring up painful memories. It's important to remember that you don't have to face those feelings alone.

If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, consider reaching out to a trusted friend, family member, or someone in your life who makes you feel safe. Sharing your thoughts can bring comfort and connection. Sometimes, professional support might be the best option.

If you’re in crisis or need immediate help, please call 911 or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. There is always someone ready to listen.

We all need a little help sometimes, and there's no shame in asking for it. You are never alone.
